Switch Numbers (previously Access Numbers)

Lost Functionality:

  • • If you have more than 100 Access Numbers, only the first 100 unsuspended numbers will be cloned

  • • Input and output triggers will send one generic message and the message will not be individualised per Access Number

  • • Limited Uses: an Access Number could only activate the output a specified amount of times

New Features:

  • • Inputs can trigger on rising and falling edges for different numbers

Settings

Lost Functionality:

  • • Input Activates Output Mapping: setting up an input to automatically trigger an output when it is triggered

  • • One activation message per output (previously per Access Number)

  • • One rising and falling edge message per input (previously per Access Number)

  • • Maximum Pulse Time 24 hours (previously 49 days)

New Features:

  • • IO Channels can be configured as either inputs or outputs (when you clone they will be configured as 2 inputs and 2 outputs)

  • • Input activates on both rising and falling edges (previously only falling edge)

  • • Input Filter Time: minimum amount of time the signal must be asserted before it is seen as valid

  • • Input Blanking Time: minimum amount of time before an asserted input will respond to any subsequent assertions

  • • Keep Alive SMS: an SMS sent at user-specified intervals from the device so the SIM does not expire

  • • Ring Time: the time for which the called phone will ring before the calling module disconnects or tries the second number

  • • Call Time: the maximum call length

  • • Hang Time: the time for which the call remains connected after an output has been activated

  • • Volume: the volume of the speaker on the gate station

Logs

Old logs will be lost (export a copy if desired)

Voice Numbers

Add numbers which have the ability to communicate audibly with the gate station and are capable of activating outputs during a call using DTMF signalling

Device Info

New Features:

  • • Supply Voltage: view the voltage supplied to the device at time of last sync

  • • Signal Strength: view network signal strength at time of last sync

Settings

New Features:

  • • Voltage Message: if enabled the device will send a low voltage notification if the supply voltage drops below the minimum to any Voice Numbers enabled for notifications

Voice Numbers

New Features:

  • • VNOAR: control which outputs Voice Numbers can activate

Switch Numbers (previously Access Numbers)

Lost Functionality:

  • • If you have more than 100 Access Numbers, only the first 100 unsuspended numbers will be cloned

  • • Input and output triggers will send one generic message and the message will not be individualised per Access Number from a list of 20 predefined messages

  • • Limited Uses: an Access Number could only activate the output a specified amount of times

  • • Timed Access Control: if enabled, Access Numbers will only work during user-specified periods of time

  • • Input can no longer activate missed call (only message)

Settings

Lost Functionality:

  • • Enabled and disable the device

  • • All Pass Mode: when this feature is enabled, all numbers can activate Output 1 via missed call whether they are Access Numbers or not

  • • Input Event Counter: input will only send notification after triggering a specified amount of times

  • • Message per input/output (previously per Access Number from list of 20 predefined messages)

  • • Input Filter Time: minimum amount of time the signal must be asserted before it is seen as valid

  • • Input Blanking Time: minimum amount of time before an asserted input will respond to any subsequent assertions

  • • Output Switching Schedule: set up to 5 output switching schedules where an output is turned on at a specific time for specified days of the week and then turned off at another specified time with no user interaction

  • • Restore Output State On Power Up: if power to the device is switched on and off, the outputs will “remember” the state they were in before the loss of power and return to that state

  • • Maximum pulse time 24 hours (previously 49 days)

New Features:

  • • IO Channels can be configured as either inputs or outputs (when you clone they will be configured as 2 inputs and 2 outputs)

  • • Keep Alive SMS: an SMS sent at user-specified intervals from the device so the SIM does not expire

  • • Call Time: the maximum call length

  • • Hang Time: the time for which the call remains connected after an output has been activated

  • • Volume: the volume of the speaker on the gate station

  • • Maximum filter time 24 hours (previously 65 seconds)

  • • Maximum blanking time 24 hours (previously 18 hours)

Access Numbers

Lost Functionality:

  • • List of 20 messages (for inputs and outputs) to choose from instead of individualised messages per number. If you have less than 20 different messages, your old messages will be added on the list of 20 and referenced correctly

New Features:

  • • Inputs can trigger on rising and falling edges for different numbers (previously only falling edge)

  • • Input can trigger a missed call to the Access Number

  • • Can add up to 1200 Access Numbers (previously 300)

  • • Timed Access Control: if enabled, Access Numbers will only work during user-specified periods of time

Settings

New Features:

  • • Enable and disable the device

  • • All Pass Mode: when this feature is enabled, all numbers can activate Output 1 via missed call whether they are Access Numbers or not

  • • Input can activate on rising edge or both rising and falling edges (previously only falling edge)
